Mission hardware, engineered end to end.

Embedded, RF, PCB and silicon design from one team, from your first idea to a delivered product. We built and field-tested our own tactical radio system this way. Yours gets the same team.

01 — What we engineer

What do you need to build?

Custom electronics and hardware product development: circuit board design, prototyping, firmware and production-ready design. Find your need below; the technical terms are listed under each one.

Turn an idea or a sketch into a working circuit board

We design the electronics, have prototypes made and test them until they work.

  • PCB design
  • Custom PCB
  • Schematic design
  • Prototype

Develop a complete electronic product, start to finish

One team for the electronics, firmware and software, so every part works together from day one.

  • Product development
  • Hardware design
  • Embedded systems
  • Turnkey

Connect a product to phones, apps or the cloud

The chip, the firmware that runs on it and the link to your app or dashboard.

  • IoT
  • Bluetooth
  • Wi-Fi
  • Firmware
  • Sensors

A battery-powered device that lasts

Power design and sleep modes that keep devices running for months between charges.

  • Low power
  • Battery management
  • Power supply
  • Charging

Redesign or improve an existing board

Lower its cost, replace hard-to-find parts, add features or fix what doesn't work.

  • PCB redesign
  • BOM optimization
  • Component availability
  • Cost reduction

Prepare a design for certification and production

Designed for compliance from the start, then revised until it's ready for volume manufacturing.

  • Design for compliance
  • CE / FCC
  • DFM
  • Mass production

Long-range wireless, even without coverage

Radio links and self-forming networks, like the field radios we built for ourselves.

  • LoRa
  • RF design
  • Antenna
  • Mesh network

Logic or a chip that standard parts can't provide

Programmable logic and custom silicon, tested on FPGA before it's committed to a chip.

  • FPGA
  • ASIC
  • IC design

Not listed? Describe it in your own words, and we'll tell you whether it's a fit.

02 — How we work

From your idea to our proposal.

No technical vocabulary needed. You tell us what it has to do; we work out how, and you see the full plan before you commit.

  1. 01

    Send your project

Whatever you have: design documents, sketches, or a plain description of what it needs to do.

    You
  2. 02

    Fit review

Our engineers check that it can realistically be built, fits our domains and fits our development schedule.

Reply in < 1 week if it fits
  3. 03

    Mutual NDA

Signed before any technical discussion. It records that the project is yours and protects you as much as us.

    Both sides
  4. 04

    Quoting & initial research

We review your design or create our own, map the risks and how we will handle them, then send a full proposal with budget and timeline.

    Build

Once you agree, one team takes it from design to a delivered, tested prototype.

    One team

Step 01 is just a message. Tell us what it has to do.

Send Your Project

Every project is different, so we don't publish fixed timeframes. Yours is in our quote, before you commit.

A core Imperium team runs every project and brings in specialist engineers from our network as the work requires.

03 — Ways to work with us

One team does it all. You choose where to start.

Not sure which you need? Most clients aren't. Send the project; our initial research and quote will tell you.

Most clients choose this

Turnkey development

One team takes your idea to a working, tested prototype: hardware, firmware, software and AI under one roof, with no vendors for you to coordinate.

  • — Architecture and design
  • — Electronics, firmware and software
  • — Prototypes built and tested
  • — Every design file, delivered to you

After the prototype

Production & compliance

Once the prototype works, we get it ready for volume as its own stage. We design for compliance from the start, resolve what certification testing and fabrication partners flag, and revise the design until it's ready for mass manufacturing.

  • — Designed for easier certification
  • — Certification findings resolved
  • — Revisions for mass manufacturing
  • — Handover to volume manufacturing partners

Technical leadership

Our leadership works inside your organisation for an agreed period and takes on the technical decisions your team needs made.

  • — Fractional CTO
  • — Architecture and risk reviews
  • — Team building and hiring
  • — Ongoing technical oversight

04 — Built in-house

Before we build yours, we built our own.

A tactical mesh radio system, designed, built and field-tested end to end by the team you would be hiring. Select a product below.

IMPR-RAD-01

Challenge
Team communications and ATAK situational awareness where there is no tower, server or internet.
What we built
An ESP32-S3 node with an 868 MHz LoRa radio and a power system that holds through simultaneous transmit and receive. Two revisions, a stacking mezzanine system, mesh firmware across LoRa, BLE, ESP-NOW and Wi-Fi, ATAK 5.5+ integration and a telemetry backend.
Result
Rev1 and Rev2 field tested. The team keeps working in ATAK as usual while positions, markers, drawings, routes and chat cross the LoRa mesh.

05 — Questions

Before you write to us.

Engineering projects only We don't take fabrication-only, assembly-only or component-purchase orders. Every project we accept includes design work, and requests outside this scope don't receive a reply.

For clients

I'm not technical. Can I still contact you?

Yes, most of our clients aren't engineers. Send design documents if you have them, or simply describe what it needs to do. Turning that into a design is part of our quoting and initial research.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

Our engineers review every inquiry for feasibility, fit with our domains and our current schedule. If it's a fit, we reply within a week to set up the NDA. We receive a high volume of requests, so we can't reply to those outside our scope.

What kind of projects are the best fit?

Products where hardware, firmware and software have to work together: connected devices, RF and mesh systems, embedded and custom electronics. We work with companies and individuals alike; what matters is the depth of the engineering and a budget that matches it. We don't accept hobby projects or one-off builds.

Who owns the work?

You do. The NDA we sign before technical discussions records that the project is yours, and all design files are delivered to you with full rights on final payment.

Can you take my product to production and certification?

Yes, as a separate stage once the prototype works. We design for compliance from the start, resolve what certification testing and fabrication partners flag, revise the design for mass manufacturing, and bring it to manufacturing partners that build in volume.

For suppliers and partners

We're a supplier in Türkiye. Can we work with you?

Yes, send us your offer. We prefer local suppliers who handle customs and in-country shipping. Some of our current partners started with exactly that email.

We're an international supplier.

We work with suppliers in NATO member countries and China, provided you handle customs to Türkiye and supply provenance documents certifying each component's original manufacturer.

Companies only. We don't work with individual sellers, only well-established companies with years of trading experience, complete documentation and customs support specialised in Turkish imports and exports.

We make SDR or HaLow hardware.

We're actively looking for SDR and Wi-Fi HaLow supply partners for our radio programs. We'd like to hear from you.
